Horrific ALS ice bucket challenge

This act is absolutely heartbreaking. It is sickening to know that there are teenagers in this world that are that young and can think of something that horrible to do to someone. Especially targeting children that are more prone to bullying, children that have special needs. Bullying is out of control in our generation and it needs to be stopped.
